Arbor Earth Day
The City’s annual Arbor Earth Day Celebration is a springtime community tradition. Stop by the Sustainability booth to learn about the Climate and Environmental Action Plan or to ask questions about specific strategies. The event will also host an electric vehicle display area, kids’ activities, live music, a plant giveaway, and free compost available. The event will take place on Saturday, April 20th from 10am – 2pm, at the Thousand Oaks Community Center Park located at 2525 N. Moorpark Road, next to Thousand Oaks High School. This free family-friendly event will include giveaways, raffles, and more!

Planning Commission Department Report
The team will present an overview of the draft Climate and Environmental Action Plan to the City Planning Commission.

CEAP Stakeholder Group- Draft Overview
Sustainability staff will present the draft plan to the CEAP Stakeholder group comprised of twenty-two community stakeholders, representing a broad cross-section of the City’s residents and businesses who provided input and feedback on possible climate strategies in a series of monthly meetings.
